BroloKeymasterCan someone please explain the difference. On proteinfactory now and remember in a recent biojack that he mentions there's really no use for one of the blends and I can't seem to go back and find the convo.

Lesli BortzParticipantI believe (anyone can correct me) blend H is preferred. Blend D was the outdated one.

pshannonMemberHomeless person vomit with a small out of liquid body odor and a hint of new born diarrhea – describes it well

tzanghiParticipantI haven't bought any of the blend yet either. Do the added flavors help at all?

Lesli BortzParticipantLol – I think it tastes exactly like sour milk – it's pretty nasty to me but it's significantly better in coffee.

I can only vouch for chocolate and it did NOTHING (im surprised Tanner/Dmunnee haven't called me out for being a b*tch yet)

I would NOT get the fruit punch flavor. It smells like fruity pebbles but taste a lot like a burp after throwing up.The Raspberry lemonade flavor is not so bad though, especially when dextrose is thrown into the equation. Does get pretty bitter with leucine sans carbs though.

recoil7Memberwhoa, whoa, whoa –These look like 2 totally different blends with 2 difference purposes. One is not a "replacement" for the other. The 'H' blend looks like it is for post workout purposes. The "D' blend looks like it is for keeping protein FAA levels elevated throughout the day. Some of this is described here: http://www.dangerouslyhardcore.com/236/protein-supplementation-2-0/Am I missing something here?Sorry to revive an older topic but I just wanted to get clarification on the different blend combinations available and if there are any new ones available, what are they? What is everyone using?I'll start a new topic on this if needed.

Richard SchmittModeratorYes they both do different things. Both Blends from PF is not optimal to be used anymore. So don't worry about purchasing them unless you want to use crappy protein now. You'll be fine with WPI, Leucine, and Creatine. All these can be purchased at TrueNutrition.

The D blend is no longer suggested for use. I personally suggest mixing your own depending on your goals. Hydrolysates for more insulin spiking, isolates for some spiking but more sustained FAA levels. Isolates also don't carry the same poor taste as hydrolysates. Isolates are used in any pre-workout or morning shake you may be having on Density Bulking. Other than that, you really shouldn't have any shakes unless you're in a real pinch.

recoil7MemberThanks for the clarification guys. I'll stick to what I've been using which is exactly what Tex mentioned above.
