Blend D/Blend H

    What are the advantages physiologically for using the blends as opposed to an alternative high quality hydrolyzed whey protein isolate?  It may have been a tough batch, but I got blend D in chocolate, sweetened with sucralose and I can barely swallow the stuff down.  Blend H is much more tolerable.  In the past I've used dymatize iso100.  Is that also acceptable or should I really only be using the blends?
