Hey guys going to purchase a batch of blend H - how many lbs for a month supply? train 4x week roughlyAlso anyone here that Q/A podcast with kiefer and alex when he was saying about switching suppliers? Europa I think? any news on when that is going to happen? thanks!

I went from March 20th to August 10th on a 5 pound bag. 2 70cc Scoops post workout training 4x a week.
