I have been more bloated than usual for some reason and I’m not sure if it’s something I’m eating or what

    My day consists of
    Coffee with coconut oil
    50g almonds
170g ground beef with 10g cheese and coconut oil
170g chicken with 10g cheese, 2 table spoons guacamole and a little salsa and coconut oil
    140g chicken with 10g cheese
It comes out to 129g protein and around 110 g of fat
    I weight around 130

    Two possibilities:
    1) No leafy greens. No need to worry about the carb content in these polysacerides. The carbs convert to short chain fatty acids. The potassium content keeps sodium in check through the sodium/potassium pump action in the kreb cycle which helps with bloating.
    2) Too much of one source of protein. Could be the beef but most likely it is the chicken. I’d swap one chicken meal out for seafood (flounder, cod, clams, oysters, sardines, shrimp…) and see what happens. Chicken that isn’t free range has a 16 to 1 Omega 6 to omega 3 ratio and the EPA to DHA ration is no where near as good as what seafood is.

The eyes can't see what the mind doesn't understand.
