Two possibilities:
1) No leafy greens. No need to worry about the carb content in these polysacerides. The carbs convert to short chain fatty acids. The potassium content keeps sodium in check through the sodium/potassium pump action in the kreb cycle which helps with bloating.
2) Too much of one source of protein. Could be the beef but most likely it is the chicken. I’d swap one chicken meal out for seafood (flounder, cod, clams, oysters, sardines, shrimp…) and see what happens. Chicken that isn’t free range has a 16 to 1 Omega 6 to omega 3 ratio and the EPA to DHA ration is no where near as good as what seafood is.
