I have no idea.. but I think this would fall into the category of “overthinking it” and trying to “micromanage” too much.. But to each their own!

I know im new and not being argumenative but the premise is based on insulin response after work out. Would its possible to increaseglucose level to more than what even starved muscle can hold and get stored as fat if insulinic response goes to high. This is based on microcellular responses. Like everything else to much could be a bad thing… I guess.. ??? Im just wondering.

I think following SOP(Standard Operating Procedure)-and tweaking the many elements within that to your personal needs is enough to manage. Getting into your Blood Glucose Level, etc is entering a level that is not only unneeded but really just to much to try to manage IMO. Remember “Stupid Simple” is pretty simple. That being said customizing the plan is an option which many of us have taken, and I would strongly recommend. But taking blood samples is taking things a bit to far. Relax, and follow the plan as outlined. Monitor the results, and adjust as needed.
