So I've been curious. Is all that fat too much in the morning? When you add it all up, you're looking at upwards of 30g+ of fat. Could that much fat at once be detrimental? Just curious. And I've also been toying with the notion of doing morning hiit and evening lift. But if I do that would a breakfast (instead of BP coffee) be beneficial? Or no? Bunch of ?'s I know but just trying to iron all the details. Started CN on the 4th and weighed myself today and I'm down to 199....and my CN isn't til Tuesday! So reorientation is going well!!
On carb nite, it's doubtfully gonna matter unless throughout the day you just end up with ridiculous amounts of fat for your size.I also don't feel that doing HIIT in the morning out require you to eat breakfast, but I would do a ULC PWO shake to follow, and I would give 1-2 hours between that and a BP coffee.
Yeah that makes sense! I eat a ton of chicken, the mainSources of fat for me are the BP coffee, cheese, and bacon. I'm on a military base eating at a DFAC so my selection is very limited but I'm making it work. I'll have a salad with Italian dressing twice a day to add some fats.
