From my understanding Kiefer wrote CarbNite long before Carb Backloading.So...to have breakfast, or not to have breakfast on Carbnite - that is the question.(Side question for anyone who can answer: Will skipping breakfast without having whey protein in my "accelerator shake" break down muscle? Or will it be an insignificant difference)
I Was going about 16 hours before food but at 12 and 14 mark ingest mct and butter no protein. I am going for fat loss purely worth baring in mind but strength and muscle mass appear maintained, no problems.I now train in the am so that's not what I do anymore but only because of work schedule.Craig
