This question is a little specific, but I am slightly confused on this.I am currently following the Strength Accumulation protocol and am unsure if I should be utilizing the AM Accelerator Formula. If not with whey isolate, should I just be utilizing an MCT source?Timing: Can the AM Accelerator be used prior to the 12 hour mark, or should that be used at hour 12? What about without whey? Can MCT oil be used prior to the 12 hour mark?Thank you all.
I would opt for the coffee upon waking without the MCT oil and then have AM Shake. Great to keep muscles from being catabolic.

By stimulating mTOR pathways, based upon performance one should not fast longer than 12-14 hours, by having whey or some kind of protein will help this along with adding MCT/Coconut oil. Go read the IF articles on the DH Site
