broad beans

something I never saw mentioned, it seems broad beans are high GI according to most sources on GI;

has anyone else been using broad beans on their backloads? also worth mentioning is that french bread (baguettes) also contain broad bean flour, this might explain their higher GI?

links aren’t working. but if you google “broad beans gi” that should come up with the results which have links to show broad beans have a gi of 79
