Wondering if these are options or if anyone has used these to backload. I know the GI of brown rice pasta is real high, no sure about II. Corn seems like a good idea as well. Thoughts?
I don't know if pizza is gonna work for me, figuring out some details with a cheese sensitivity right now. Haven gotten some bloating after eating cheese. Gonna try some lactaid maybe it'll help maybe it won't. I'd hate to not eat pizza on my backloading nights. I'll probably give the corn pasta a try.
This may sound dumb, but I'm lactose intolerant (bad case) and cheese bothers me too, however I miss pizza so I want to order gluten-free pizza without cheese…Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
