I have been following the caffeine instructions, but I was recently listening to a podcast interview with Kiefer and he stated he doesn’t use caffeine as much throughout the day anymore. I am training at the optimal time in the afternoon and currently taking in coffee 3 times which is the morning concoction, pre workout concoction, and post workout. Wanted to make sure I am getting the most benefits with Caffeine. Need advice on whether I should cut out the later caffeine doses or cut it out completely with CBL. I need a recommendation for what I should replace these concoction with if possible. Thanks in advance.
