Looks like you are taking a laying deuce here Mate.ROFLIf you get pulled over again, tell that trooper your calves are bigger than his and show him.😮Big calves, you gotta stay eating. You have potential to be huge.Stay in that donut affair man.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
LMFAO!!As soon as you said deuce I lost it. LolLooks just like I was taking a shit. I'll have to remember to flex the muscles on the next cop that pulls me over. Next week I'll be hitting calves hard and will work them pre CN to get them popping. As for the doughnuts.....NEVER AGAIN!! I pounded 2 more doughnuts right before bed and felt like shit before I crashed and woke up with that doughnut oil taste in my mouth and my burbs taste bad too.
You did abuse them, they responded. You have gluten issues? What kind of donuts were they?Don't wanna go scrolling and searching.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

Scope75GuestI don't think I have gluten issues but I know I have doughnuts issues. I can eat regular bread and stuff like that but doughnuts rip me up. Winchells are the doughnuts I ate and I've tried other places and the outcome is the same.

MikehrMemberKimminick and Glutino both make gluten free donuts, usually in the freezer section but they are quite small you would need a couple boxes

I've seen those but they just don't look all that good. Plus inthinknthey are the dense ass cake doughnuts and those are hard as fuck to get down.

Idk...My gut isn't as carb friendly as it was when I was a fat fuck. I honestly think a all cereal refeed with 1 crazy item to end the night might be the best way for me to refeed. Cereal just works and works well. I ate 2 boxes of cereal last night because the doughnuts backfired. That's sounds like a good plan and next week I'll refeed on cereal, a little candy, and then those pre packaged GF doughnuts to end the night.
