ipcheckGuestYou guys have some sick calves!!God damn i need to hit mine more often!I do calves everytime i do legs, once per week, 2 exercices, 1 dual leg and 1 single leg,All the time they get sore next day but then just dont grow much :/
Once per week will not grow big calves, this is a pussyfied way of working at anything.Once a week is not enough stimulus.I work my calves 4 times a week, sometimes 5I will work my calves while I rest between sets of anything.Get to work, get to growing.

Tiago NicolauParticipantWhen you say to work them out, you mean multiple exercices per day or it really doesnt matter?

Work them out.I don't talk to them, well I do sometimes... ;DWhile I supposably rest between sets, I would just do SUPER HEAVY shit load of reps on the Seated Calf raise or standing CALF Raise. Just work them, who cares how many machines, or how many reps.I even work them sometimes while squatting. End of my squat set I would do 20 reps of standing calf raises with the load on my back.
