Fry it in a cast iron pan with butter. It goes good with mushrooms too.

Brandon D ChristParticipantI tried to give liver a chance, but I just can't do it. It's by far the most disgusting food I ever tasted. The only way I made it tolerable was by eating with bacon.

SpatzModeratorYou inspired me.. I read this post right before heading to the store. I have always read about how wonderful liver is for you, and how you should even feed it to your babies, so this was the final push for me to get some. We try it tonight! That's what I would do. Grind it up with ground meat to make hamburger. Mask that disgusting flavor!
