First post here.I just ordered and read the CBL book and can't wait to try it out. (not sure when I will be able to start it though)Schedule is different every day and training has been severely reduced to 1-2 times a week at different times of day no less. Therefore I don't think starting now would do myself or the program justice.Just had a meet up in VT at the end of March and totaled 1560.It was with 100% RAW Powerlifting.530-380-650Look forward to going through the forum to pic some things up here and there.Joe*not sure why this was posted in another thread, but this is where I wanted it* so I c&p'd it.
