Hi guys, I was wondering how much calories do i need for bulking without getting fat. I have been doing CBL since 6 months and very lean atm, currently consuming 3600-3700kcal for bulk but not seeing any difference and its been around 2 months now. any suggestionsAge-23height-176cmweight-70.5(155lbs)bodyfat- 8%Protein-200-250gmscarbs-300-400gmsfat-100-130gms

Eat more food.I'd cap your protein around 175-200g, you don't get benefit of MPS past 1.3 per lbs of BW anyway.Up your fats some during the day, and eat more carbs at night. Are you eating breakfast? If not, then start.

Eat till you gain for one, I like a decent at 1-1.3g P per lb, 0.75-1g fat, and the rest carbs, eat till you grow.As far as the schedule, it should work, but are you training for 3 hours..?Also, the nutrigrain cereal sucks, use fruity pebbles

Use the chart in the CBL book.  Start with a weight 10 lbs heavier than your current weight and once you get used to that, use a weight 5 lbs heavier than that.  The key is to not increase food intake too much at once.  That will lead to fat gain or digestive issues from stuffing yourself with food.

+1.....I definitely did some damage from overeating on CBL.

like kiefer says skip breakfast for 2 hours but i eat as soon as i wake up for work in the morning at 3? also should i add eating a spoon or two of peanut butter before going to bed at 7 in the morning? my carb intake before workout is always lower than 15gms. i try to keep it as minimum as possible

That's an odd schedule, you will just have to play with it and see how things go.

i know thats a weird schedule but eating low carb during the day means your body is burning the fat. right?

Im 155lbs atm so if i increase 10lbs and according to the book the person targeting to that weight should eat 579gms carbs. isnt that too much? im just worried abt gaining fat coz i took my like 4 months with intermittent fasting to get down from 18%-8%.
