    If you take some carbs out of your backload and put them intra that should help with staying leaner but if you ADD the intra carbs on top of your backload that could cause spill over. I have been eating these mini red potatoes, then take 22 min to bake at 425 degress if you baked like 5 lbs at a time and just reheated them during the week that would save time. Also you can find instant mashed, the no name brand here has just dehydrated potatoes and salt in them and they only take like 2 min to make. Try experimenting with less dairy and/or less gluten the "fat" on your abs may just be water retention

    So intra carbs wont make me fat coz of insulin spike?Can you give me some examples of less gluten annd gluten free foods ? i dont use dairy products at all

    Potatoes, rice, sticky rice, gluten free cereal like rice chex, fruity pebbles, over ripe bananas. And there is lots of GF products on the market too

    These are good ideas Virus. Try them. But I will also say that you are going to have to accept some fat gain. You will lose some definition (if not your abs entirely) if you are planning on making any real muscle gaining progress. If youve had abs before though itll be easy to get them back. So please tell us. What progress have you made lately? Should have gained a couple of kilos by now.

    ^^ Exactly

    I agree typically 10% is about the lowest you can maintain during a bulk.  The only person I have ever heard of staying leaner than that while bulking is John Meadows, but he's well, John Meadows.

    Hey, when you don't have a small(?) intestine, all bets are off.

    Atm i start backloading with fruity loops, rice cakes, corn thins and rice crackers for the first meal and cake, buns and baked fries for last meal. When you said intra carbs, how much should they be? My postworkout has 50gm dextrose

    Well I don't know if it will but it has for me, moving carbs out of the bl window to where your using them immediately makes sense and it helps for recovery as well

    This doesnt matter as much as you might think. But both of those numbers look to high to me considering your weight. I think you are going to need to focus on your ULC calories a bit more to make gains while minimising bodyfat. Relying on the carbs for your calories means probably eating a ton more than your muscles have any use for. I know iBob is going to disagree though!! (;

    haha oh god Glitche are we gonna start this debate again... But I agree I dont think anyone needs 600g of carbs, in a backload unless your running a marathon and weight training,

    Well I will say this.  Clean vs junk (however you define clean and junk) does not matter.  The number of carbs is much more important.

    I guess is should stick to that 350gms thats what i was eating before and start eating more fats and protein during ulc say arnd P140/f90-100 and backload P90/f20-30/C350?
