    If you are hungry after your backload, it means you did not eat enough fat for the day.  So either add fat in the second backload meal or add fat when you are ULC.

    x2 Virus you cant say the ULC meals are not the issue. I have added 4kgs in the last few months by increasing my ULC meals slightly and keeping my backloads basically the same. Your fats in your ULC meals arent even 1:1. Bulking requires more food all round.

    from not a problem i meant i can easily have my meals during ulc portion of the day coz i work in the evening so i go to work after training and my job is bit more physical demanding and i get hungry very easily

    You guys are awesome. today in my ulc part i consume 1:1 pro and fat i.e 160gms and my workout was just incredible and i didnt feel hungry during my backloads. last  night i loaded up with 300gm carbs soo im gonna do the same tonight

    To be honest, bulking correctly is not exactly easy.  In my opinion it requires much more work and attention than a fat loss diet.  The exception being a contest prep diet.

    True. I did intermittent fasting last year and dropped my bodyfat from 18 to 10% and it was far easier to do

    just started noticing some extra fat on my pecs. Im not even eaqting much carbs these days arnd 300gms and eating 1:1 pro n fat during ulc that is around 170gms fat n pro ulc.Should i cut down to 1 carb meal ? and i have noticed a huge difference in my strength after increasinmg fat n pro in my ulc

    You can try that, but realize man you aren't going to be staying 7% bodyfat while bulking, it's just not going to happen.

    Yeah i know that. does nicotine has anything to do with it? coz i take 4mg nicotine gum an hour before training. i read somewhere that your body cant really absorb carbs properly if you ingest nicotine
