Brandon D ChristParticipantjust started noticing some extra fat on my pecs. Im not even eaqting much carbs these days arnd 300gms and eating 1:1 pro n fat during ulc that is around 170gms fat n pro ulc.Should i cut down to 1 carb meal ? and i have noticed a huge difference in my strength after increasinmg fat n pro in my ulc
You can try that, but realize man you aren't going to be staying 7% bodyfat while bulking, it's just not going to happen.
Yeah i know that. does nicotine has anything to do with it? coz i take 4mg nicotine gum an hour before training. i read somewhere that your body cant really absorb carbs properly if you ingest nicotine
I highly doubt that. You translocate GLUT4 during exercise so your body is going to be partitioning carbs very well.

I was listening to biojacked the other day and kiefer said if someone is training more than an hour and half, he/she should include carbs intra training after half n hour of training. so if do that aznd put my carbs intra training and have 1 carb meal, how is it gonna be? finish workout at 6, have pwo shake and i goto bed arnd 12 coz of work. so when should i have that 1 meal and if its before bed then what to have between pwo shakle and that meal coz obviouly i will get hungry

I was listening to one of kiefers podcast n big tex asked him if your sleep cycles are out of wack thn what is the best CBL or CNS ? Kiefer recommended CNS . But im doing CBL atm and i cant get continuous 8 hrs of sleep . So should i switch to CNS but that more for fat loss i guess not for muscle building

GonnaBeGiantMemberYour fine, everyone has fucked up sleep patterns. As long as you eat your carbs PWO in the evening, your good. Stop worrying so much. Your acting like me!

Actually Kiefer has mentioned that really goofy sleep patterns like Punjabi's can screw up CBL.

GonnaBeGiantMemberHow screwed up Is screwed up though? Like if I go to bed at 10 one night and wake at 7, or go to bed at 1am and wake up at 11, are those considered screwed up times?

Punjabi wakes up at like 3 AM goes to work until 7AM and goes back to bed 8 AM. His sleep is in two seperate chunks.

GonnaBeGiantMemberOh okay, good call. Yeah that's a screwed up schedule.

You might, might not. Just realize that it could potentially screw you up.

Any idea to fix the problem? Not all ppl have the same schedule so there should be a fix to this

The diet is designed for normal circadian rhythms, which you might not have due to your sleep schedule. One thing you can try is sleeping all at once, not in two chunks.CBL is not a "diet for everyone" if you can't meet it's requirements (lifting heavy, normal circadian rhythms, hormonally sound, not metabolically deranged) than you can't do the diet. It's just the way it is.

Gl;itch.eMemberVirus. You still get the benefits of Glut4 translocation PWO, so regardless of Circadian rhythms if you are only eating carbs during/pwo you should still get great results.
