Punjabi_virusMemberVirus. You still get the benefits of Glut4 translocation PWO, so regardless of Circadian rhythms if you are only eating carbs during/pwo you should still get great results.
Thanks glitch. im gonna throw in some HIIT sessions this week maybe 3 and continue it for a few weeks. im gonna do HIIT 30 mins before my training. Can i still drink 25g intra dextrose and rest 45g pwo?mashed sweet potatoes+coconut oil+dextrose for last meal, any good?

Is that all the carbs you are going to get? Im very confused as to what you are trying to accomplish since you keep changing things. The HIIT is a great idea IF you are trying for fatloss. I thought you were attempting to bulk?

Ok so your carbs are sorted. Im not keen on the HIIT. You could do a day of it somewhere in the week furtherest from your leg training (or maybe at the end of leg training if youve got anything left in you) but I really wouldnt recommend it. Its just counter productive to your current goal IMO. Save that for when youve got to your bodyweight goal and you want to start leaning out.

MikehrMemberI agree with glitch, I tried to do HITT while bulking and lifting heavy and it didnt work well at all, legs didnt recover well and it just made it harder to gain weight

Personally if it was me Id prefer the option to eat more real food PWO rather than more intra-workout carbs. But go with whatever you like best. You may slow fatburning during the workout somewhat and since you are worried about bodyfat its probably better that you dont have carbs during the workout. But really it shouldnt make much difference.

Punjabi_virusMemberI have a question regarding bacon. when you grill bacon the grease comes out of it. I dont know how to use it and i dont wanna store it either but do you still count the fat from bacon then? If 3 strips bacon are like 12gm fat as written on the pack and after cooking do you still count 12gm fat or less coz of grease out of bacon?

I reckon you probably lose about half the bacon fat when you grill it. But why wouldnt you save it? I pour mine into a coffee mug and it just sits there until I need to do some more cooking. Then I scoop out what I need. Its such a waste of calories otherwise. And you know you need calories! (:
