Can i benefit from off day backloading? like its my shoulder day today but not going to gym to gym tomorrow coz of work? i dont usually backload on off days but i want to put pure mass on without fat. will i get benefits from it?

Yeah of course you can do it. But whether you should or not is going to depend on a variety of factors. I wouldnt bother unless you really have no way to get the extra calories down or you start to notice your progress suffering. That shouldnt happen on a bulk however!

On my day off that is tomorrow, so tonight after workout im just gonna have cottage cheese and chicken salad so the total calories for today will be around 2500 coz i dont backload on off days coz i dont wanna get fatĀ  but when i backload i shoot up to 3900 thats what i did last night.

I continuously took 2 days off in a row and backloaded every night and after 2 days i noticed weight loss. even on the first night i ate 500 calories above maintenance and another day 1000+. i was 70.5kg and backloaded on off days and after that im 69.5 today. Hows it possible?

You're working your metabolism and it's burning off those carbs. It happens. Sent from my PantechP8010 using Tapatalk 2

Unless it's a protein mix full of carbs. Then no.

Im talking about wedges, bread, frooty pebbles during backload so no need to count ?what abt carbs in sauces during backload?

You're likely hold some water, and you might have over done it.Are you sure you even need 4k calories?

I wkout 6 days/week and coz of physical job almost 7days/week, calculation for me was 3450 so i just add more 500 calories to it. Im not sure if i have calculated it right or not but i have been following this since last 3 months and cat see any change in the body weight. Maybe the problem was that i was calculating the protein from carb sources too (nutri grain cereal 100gms- p35/c84/f2). so i guess i should stop doing thatand just consume carbsDo u think my maintenance calories 3450 is correct figure for me?Should i count fat coming with carb meals or fat should be counted only preworkout or total overall for the day?( like i get some fat fromn wedges, i love eating iced finger buns and if i eat 4 of them i get 21gm of fat)
