Calorie needs for bulking

    I agree with both of these guys. I sorta kinda half ass track things and I'm losing fat while backloading every night, and getting stronger and increasing my performance.Spending to much time thinking and analyzing will just make you stressed and stuck.

    There is nothing wrong with tracking calories/macros.  The problem is trying to hit specific numbers or ratios.

    The problem is in thinking that you need to be exact with any of it to make it work. I have a rough idea of macros I want to shoot for, but I do not cry or worry about going a little over or a little under on them. Especially when bulking. When cutting to low levels of BF I could see the need to be a little more strict with them.

    I agree, but some people like to track for curiosity's sake and that is what I was referring to.

    for some it turns into an obsession, and not a good one unfortunetly (been there done that) whoops i better add that 1 and half almond i ate lol

I did a cycle of gum 2 months ago and got some really good results but that time i was doing carbnite but now from a few days i started taking it preworkout and first thing in the morning and i feel my chest is becoming saggy and dont feel much tightness but my energy during workout is on the top of the roof.

    If it is giving you problems just nix it.  You are trying to gain weight anyways, so nicotine is hardly essential.

    which is better mct oil or coconut oil? im using coconut oil atm in my coffee but they say mct oil is better for fat burning and gives more energy coz coconut oil is just 66%mct

    If you use the same amount of MCT from CO than from pure MCT, it should not matter… just use that suits you best.

    well, if CO is 66% MCT then 20g of CO contains 13.2g of MCT 🙂

    No, MCT oil is a lot different chemically than the MCT's in coconut oil.  The MCTs in coconut oil is largely Lauric Acid.  The MCTs in MCT oil is caprylic and capric acid, which are more ketogenic than lauric acid.MCT oil is superior, but coconut oil will do the job too.  I personally cook with coconut oil and use MCT oil in shakes.

    Just wanted to drop in here that lauric acid has some really strong immune system benefits that caprylic and capric acid don't, so I find a protocol like yours best because you get the ketogenic benefits of caprylic and capric with the immune system benefits of lauric.  Just my 2 cents.
