    If you use the same amount of MCT from CO than from pure MCT, it should not matter... just use that suits you best.

    No, MCT oil is a lot different chemically than the MCT's in coconut oil.  The MCTs in coconut oil is largely Lauric Acid.  The MCTs in MCT oil is caprylic and capric acid, which are more ketogenic than lauric acid.MCT oil is superior, but coconut oil will do the job too.  I personally cook with coconut oil and use MCT oil in shakes.

    Just wanted to drop in here that lauric acid has some really strong immune system benefits that caprylic and capric acid don't, so I find a protocol like yours best because you get the ketogenic benefits of caprylic and capric with the immune system benefits of lauric.  Just my 2 cents.

I was wondering i cant fast like 12 hrs coz of work i go to bed arnd 11.30 and have my last meal around that time n wake up at 3am again for work n have coffee with co n have my first meal at 5. So im kinda fasting 5-6 hrs only but i keep carbs under 20gm during day that means even if im not fasting that much im still cutting fat during the ULC time of the day?

    You're bulking, you don't need to do a 12 hour fast.

    x a millionPunjabi you have all the info you need. To make this work you just have to do it. If you are serious about gaining weight youre just going to have to start eating. No fasting required. Youve been posting here bout bulking since february and youve LOST weight. Forgive me if you have some sort of medical condition, but that aint bulking! Please refrain from asking more advice on less than crucial topics until youve proved that you can put into practise what youve already learned.

    I was curious about taking sustainer formoula intra training. I dont have casein hydrolysate and its very hard to find here in nz but as the book says any hydrolysate works so i was thinking of adding whey hydro, iso and leucine intra training to get maximum muscle gains. As it raises insulin levels, should i be risking fat burning?

    Use HBCDS from True Nutrition with some whey and creatine. Use the Hypertrophic shake PWO

    Yeah some sort of hydrolyzed protein, creatine, leucine and some HBCDS. Perfect intra shake, and dude your trying to build muscle! Muscle burns fat so depending how you look at it youll burn more fat with better recovery. To answer your question, sort of haha But I highly reccomend the HBCDS
