Use HBCDS from True Nutrition with some whey and creatine. Use the Hypertrophic shake PWO

In hypertrophic shake i dnt add casein hydro, just normal casein. I don't take the recommended dose of shake coz you guys said before bed some type of meat is good so pwo i have half of the hypertrophic shakeWhey iso-15gmHydro whey-15gmCasein-12gm and rest of protein before bed through meat or cottage cheese with carb meal and hydrolysate and leucine with each carby meal.

I started taking intra workout shake last week and saw loss of definition so i stopped using it. I was consuming 500gns carbs aswel during my backloads . I guess carbs are not the problem, it was intra wrkout shake( sustainer formula). Today i tried ignition formula and my workout was so shit, i was lazy at the time and couldn't do much, i guess it was mct oil that slowed me down coz i tried eating fat preworkout before aswell and same thing happened. I was wondering if i should cut down carbs for a week say arnd 350? Another question is fat in the second meal doesn't really matter so i was thinking of corn kernels with some butter? I guess thats not a problem if i eat that in my before bed meal.

I don't like the ignitor shake either.  Cutting carbs is up to you.  Corn?  I would eat that before bed, it's probably not high glycemic enough.  How about a potato instead?

I absolutely love potatoes and i eat home baked potato fries every night before bed but sometimes its just coz i finish work late and dont have much time to cook so i was thinking of corn with butter before bed. even fries takes arnd 45 mins in the oven. atm my before bed meal is 100gm chicken breast, 100gm chocolate mud cake, 1 iced bun and 500gm home baked potato fries with hydrolysate and leucinei dont want to loose my abs but im seeing little bit of fat on my belly so im not sure if its from carbs or from the intra shake that i was using and yeah I LOVE EATING CARBS HEAPS AND HEAPS

If you take some carbs out of your backload and put them intra that should help with staying leaner but if you ADD the intra carbs on top of your backload that could cause spill over. I have been eating these mini red potatoes, then take 22 min to bake at 425 degress if you baked like 5 lbs at a time and just reheated them during the week that would save time. Also you can find instant mashed, the no name brand here has just dehydrated potatoes and salt in them and they only take like 2 min to make. Try experimenting with less dairy and/or less gluten the "fat" on your abs may just be water retention

These are good ideas Virus. Try them. But I will also say that you are going to have to accept some fat gain. You will lose some definition (if not your abs entirely) if you are planning on making any real muscle gaining progress. If youve had abs before though itll be easy to get them back. So please tell us. What progress have you made lately? Should have gained a couple of kilos by now.

I agree typically 10% is about the lowest you can maintain during a bulk.  The only person I have ever heard of staying leaner than that while bulking is John Meadows, but he's well, John Meadows.
