gideon cullumMemberim sorry, this has probably been discussed but I cant find it.I am understanding that I dont need to count calories during the high fat week. However I could easily throw down 1000 calories over my cutting calories (2500)should I still try to follow 2500>thanks folks

If you feel you have to count calories, then count them. What Kiefer means when he says you don't have to count calories is that counting with a precision of a couple hundred calories is pointless because of the amount of variation in metabolism, efficiency, and caloric density of food.Normally our satiety signals are enough to prevent us from overeating, however certain people's satiety signals do not function properly. You may be one of them. On other hand, you may not be eating very well. What does a typical day of food look like for you?

Ok your food choices aren't bad. Try adding vegetables though. That may help you with overeating. Don't forget to drink a decent amount of water.
