Would having non training days low calorie – about 700-1000 calorie deficit and having training days at around maintenance/small deficit for fat loss be beneficial? Would it make a difference for fat loss as I find I am hungrier on training days and not really hungry when I don’t train. If zig-zagging with such a great calorie difference is detrimental should I eat a few more calories on training days. Currently doing Strength Accumulation – goals: fat loss with some muscle gain (hopefully)

    Thank you
