MikehrMemberIm gonna have to disagree with this I have been training 6-9 times a week for the last 4 weeks on Carb Nite, I have never once experience hypoglycemia and believe me I train hard 1.5-2 hours weights, LISS and HITT all mixed in throughout the week. ONce truly adapted to a Fat based diet your body is not using ketones for energy it is using FFA, this is very well documented in all of Dr.Maura Dipasquales books and articles. We are brainwashed into thinking we NEED carbs for exercise, we don't. Dont get me wrong in terms of building muslce they are extremely helpful and speed up the process significantly. Train as much and as hard as you want on Carb Nite, if you start getting beat up rest or eat more or both.

cloudybrainParticipantMikehr, the point is she's feeling exhausted by midweek. It could possibly be due to over training. I'm assuming she also has a smaller body frame and less muscle mass than you, so she can't work the same way. I'm stressing the point that she doesn't need to overdo it if she is.Personally, I do heavy lifting 3 days a week, on my off days I do LISS. I don't have much time in my schedule to be doing this. I do spend sometime doing a lot of reading, which I think is important 🙂 But the point of the diet is that exercise is not needed and it is by choice if you want to go the extra limit; this is true especially for those who lack a moderate range mobility.
