    In your experience or mentioned in any pod casts I have not see, can lifting HEAVY stall your fat loss progress on the Carb Nite program? Thanks.

    presumably you mean on your ULC days making sure you've upped Cal's b/c of the training session??

    You have to remember the role resistance training plays...  you are not trying to build muscle and get huge on carb night.  So low volume / high duration is probably a good place to start, since carbs will be pretty absent throughout the week recovery is hindered some.
