    not sure the logic behind that a PDF is FAR easier to pass around than an actual hard copy book 😛

    I printed it. That's why I said that. I print all my e books because I like to leaf pages sometimes. Plus, if I ever have a crash and lose the digital copy, I still have something to read.RB

    I printed some of it. Meal time example sheet, Baseline carb and bodyweight carb sheet, and the shake formulas.

    If I still worked in an office I would totally print off e-books using their printer.. But at home, it's not worth the $$ for ink..Aside from that, I despise e-books and e-magazines. Something about holding the actual material in your hands makes it better. Weird thing to say being that I'm only 30, ha.

    Not weird at all, I prefer flipping newspapers and books myself and I even a computer person xD

    I had looked into printing it off at a print shop and quickly ditched that idea for how much it would cost me. Also the e-version lets me use ctrl-F! 🙂
