I just want to personally thank Kiefer for digging up accurate FACTS of how the body builds muscle and burns fat. I don't have the means to purchase CBL or Carbnite at the moment due to being deployed out in the middle of nowhere, but, just using the available (free) information that is put out, the bare guidelines, I am making great progress is in a short amount of time!! When I get back home to D.C., I will definitely can't wait to get those two e-books!!What got me into physical fitness was my hunger to create a cover model type body and being in the US Army also helped my hunger. I tried so many "conventional" diets/training regiments to get that look and I found what works for me and through tweeking those systems, yes, I have gotten very close or achieved that look. HOWEVER; they suck!! Especially when cut time comes around, it sucks!!! Using the CBL protocol, I am enjoying my post-workout training simple carbs and loving it! No more worrying about going out with friends and having to order a salad!! ha ha ha Also, skipping breakfast is working out wonders for me and then training in a fasted/no carb state makes my training feel great. I don't have that full feeling and my mind is totally clear. Just wanted to share my experience with using limited CBL guidelines. Thanks again Keifer!! Can't wait to get your books!!
