http://bjjcaveman.com/2014/07/14/carb-back-loading-results-14-weeks/Here are my results after 14 weeks tracking AM Blood sugar, AM Blood Ketones, Abdominal Circumference, Weight, Calories and Macros.I suffered a few injuries along the way so the results aren't too impressive, but I figure it's best to share anyways since I don't only want to be a fair-weather poster.

Since I seemed to have similar if not slightly better results while just doing Carb Nite which requires much less effort with regard to weight training, I'm leaning more towards going back into a Carb Nite type of template… actually, I'm in the process of the next phase of experimentation and I'm 100% recovered from injury…I'm doing Carb Nite with limited back-loads on days I do some heavy lifting (only within 1-2 hrs of the workout). The workout I'm doing now is a combination of Stronglifts 5x5 A and B workouts togehter.Squats 5x5Deadlifts 5x5Overhead Press 5x5Barbell Row 5x5Benchpress 3x5 (for time's sake... also since my pressing strength is already stronger than pulling strength). And I'm going to go very gingerly with the weight progression, staying at the same weight which is around 70-80% one rep max, until that weight becomes easy and I've had enough time to adapt appropriately, and then progress the weights. We'll see how this goes.  I'm hoping that decreasing the carbs during the backloads will be more effective, since I'm so Carb sensitive.

Nice write u, I hear you about the inner fat kid thing, last fall when I went on CBL after CNS I felt like it was a 3-4xweek CNS. Which I know its not but it was hard for me to limit.
