Hey everyone, new to the forums here!Wanted to get opinions on my regime, wich I call "carb back-niting"  😀 I basically follow the rules of CBL, but without the carbs.Postponing or skipping breakfast (AM shake though), no more than 30 grams pr. day, workout in the afternoon/evening (pre, intra and post shake w/o carbs) and then consuming the majority of calories, protein and fat the rest of the day.I feel good and strong, but if anyone has comments or suggestions I welcome them!Chris

The majority of us do that now. If not just the shake during the day or a small lunch.

Yeah that's a concept Kiefer has mentioned a lot of times; just partitioning calories to later in the day. It was either on one of the BioJackeds or when Kiefer was on Robb Wolf's podcast that, I think, he talked about a study where the only difference in the groups were the partitioning of calories and the ones who ate the bulk of their food later in the day were leaner.
