I bought the E book in late August or early September and have gone through it a couple times.  I wonder if anyone is feeling the  way I am.    At what point does should this E-Book be pulled for sale?It seems that since this was written, Kiefer has changed positions on many points.  I'm fine with that, and actually glad new research and studies are available so adjustments can be made.  However, at some point doesn't the book deserve to be shelved.  The basic premise will not change, eat your carbs late.  But alot of the suggestions have changed; pre workout, intra workout, post work out shakes, meal timing, use of caffeine.Any thoughts?

It works as is, and how he has written it. CBL 2.0 again is just an upgrade to what was there already. Nothing wrong with CBL now, just take what you are newly learning by the tweaks he researched and apply it. It's like asking if your medical degree is worth nothing because you got it five years ago, and no research has come out to better healing the human body. Take what you already know, and apply the new stuff to it.
