Please can somebody verify these few points and questions I have for the density part of the bulking phase,I am new to this and would appreciate help clearing this up.1.) Am I right in saying only 30g  carbs pre training or up until training has finished, then I can load up on hi glycemic carbs.2.) can I eat protein and fats only with 30g carbs up until the end of training.3.) my goal is to lean down whilst building muscle, then to stay at around 10bf% whilst building muscle and I train from 6:00pm - 8:30/9:00pm depending on recovery needed.4.) I am looking to get to 164lb approx, but according to the Bw to carbs table it states 574g carbs for this weight however if I ate that amount of carbs I would be obese so don't get this recommendation. Before I switched over to backloading I was cycling my carbs between 180g and 280g and I have gained muscle but I am currently 15% bf which I do not want to be hench my reason for changing over. Many thanksGaryPSorry to be a pain I'm sure you guys get these sort of questions all the time.

Just looking for some straight simple explanations to my questions, sorry but it's not clear to me I am new,and I want to get things planned properly for the next phase what is wrong with that, also wasn't sure if I had explained myself well enough on my other posts.

    1) Yes.2) Like you're supposed to.3) Okay. 4) TRY IT!Okay so I understand you're weary of trying this out. The carbs shown in the book are the max amount your body can possibly store due to glycogen in the muscle. This can go up or down, which is something you need to experiment with. As it does clearly mention and state in the book, right before you find the Pre-Carb Meal macros, it does state experimenting is needed. To lean up use the high end of the protein scale, to increase mass increase fat. Etc. I'm not say slam 575g+ of carbs every night, but unless you honestly try to either reach that number or be reasonable about it, you'll doubt yourself and the program. Which ultimately you're doing. You're not out of the Prep Phase yet, and you're not wanting to try it. There has been a lot of work put into this to show it is possible. Listen to the Road to Rip podcast with Kiefer, along with James Abel Podcast with Kiefer. Many other podcasts, and articles to look over.

That's all fine and dandy but there's no need to start a new thread for every question you have.I see you read my to the point and simple CBL layout so try that out for 6-8 weeks and see what happens.
