No. just gonna see where I can get in six months. I have been talking to Rtobias in pm'sI have made adjustments like no sugar free energy drinks, trying to clean up carb nites, using SW to deplete, limiting cheese, I still need to figure out why I have diarhea though after a week of ULC. Some say the MCT oil does it, but that is hit and miss.

Not to discredit Rtobias but I probably wouldnt do all of those things at once. Some may be totally unnecessary. Getting your macros (calories) and quality of the foods is going to be the biggest factor IMO.MCT oil can take a bit of getting used to. Straight Coconut Oil tends to cause the majority of people less problems. Maybe try that instead.

those weren't all his suggestions that is what I picked up from the forum for the issues. He was 335 and is 251. That is where I want to be at 10% so I asked him about his macros. He did 1 g pro and .75 fat and he lost it over 6 months.

Sounds good. Id probably start higher than that though. Like maybe 1g protein per pound of "goal weight" and 1g fat per pound of current bodyweight and adjust the fats down towards goal weight as weight loss dictates.

Yeah. Which is like only 3700 cals. Hardly a ton for someone your size. And as mentioned its a starting point which allows you room to move. If you start too low where can you go once weightloss slows and eventually stops? You'll just kill your metabolism if you drop too low for too long. Also this way ensures that you adapt to using fat effectively as a fuel source so that you spare the dietary protein and other protein based (muscle/organs) tissue. You can adjust as necessary. The body adjusts pretty quickly so it makes sense to keep it guessing with little tweaks along the way.

I believe its in the works but no idea when its coming out. The official "starting line" from Kiefer tends to be 1g of fat and protein per pound of bodyweight. The reason I suggested 1g protein per pound of goal weight is because excess protein isnt going to help towards fat loss and can definately hinder it. 1g per pound of Lean Body Mass is more than sufficient to prevent muscle loss providing the calories (fat) arent slashed too drastically. I see no reason why youd get any fatter unless you are eating really bad foods. Stick to good red meats, coconut oil, butter, cheese, cream etc. Cant go wrong.

The recommendation above is Bodyweight, not lean bodweight, which is a better figure for people carrying a larger BF%. If you drop your kcal to low, to fast, or to long. Or heaven forbid all three at the same time, this may yield results, but likely not any that will last. Stick with at least 1g (per total bodyweight) of protein. And at least 1g Fat (per “g” of protein) to start. You will not “get fat” off of these numbers. Keep to ULC basics, and hit these goals and you will see results, as Glitche has said it will need monitoring and tweaking, but don't go 4 days in and start changing things. Stick with it for a few weeks, and if changes are needed go from there.
