    Hi guys,

I am professional soccer player playing over in Europe and I come across CBL while listing Ben Pakulski and John Kiefer was his guess. I am quite new to CBL idea. Ive read the book and I have some vision how the diet supposed to look like but I stil have some doubts and I was wondering if anyone can help me out please. As I said I am pro soccer player and I am training 4/5 times a week ( aroudn 10;30 am) and game of 90 min on saturdays ( sometime extra game on Tuesday night). Intensity may vary depend of the day / game. How shall I adjust the diet to get the best out of CBL. What should I do if I am not going to the gym? should I keep my carbs level and eat them at the evening but use low GI ? I am not sure if not eating carbs at all may be good idea knowing the soccer season / trainings are very demanding. Thanks

got a friend who is also a pro soccer player, I doubt you should be risking your career on experimental protocols in your sport…
if you have friends who arent at pro level, let them try out the diet first before you start using it.

you should look around late night trainings pre carb loadings or the protocols for strongman, since a 90minute+ match can take on large amounts of glycogen and your focus should be 100% performance, not aesthetics or weight loss.
