I’m thinking of getting the Carb Backloading book but I work odd hours and wondering how it’d fit in. I work from 0130-0500 go home to bed for around 6oc and wake around 1300. I train Mon, Wed and Fri usually around 3oc. Has anyone used CBL while working odd hours or those that have read the book, would it give me the information needed to work it out for myself? From what I’ve read the I think the diet would suit me well but unsure how to fit it in with work ect. I can eat a bit at work if that’d help or maybe go to bed a little later but my workout times are pretty fixed unfortunately. Another thing is my work is rather physical so don’t know how that would affect things. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
