Carb nights

    I watched a video where Keifer mentioned that when you get lean enough that you will need more frequent Carb Nighta. My question is how do you know when you need to have more frequent carb nights?

    Probably when your workouts start to feel like a drag. Midway between your carb nites.

    just do CBL not only is the food better but your not constantly feeling so up and down!

    Kiefer has mentioned that you need more frequent carb nites when you get below 10% BF. The lower you get, the closer you get to CBL. At really low BF you might have 2-3 days between your CNs.

    Yep, the leaner you get, CNS and CBL start to blur together.

    I am pretty lean but also i know i have a sluggishing metabolism (true endomorph). so the thought off eating more so close to a show is hard for me. I think I might try instead of going 6 days between carb night to five and see happens. Also do any of you break out in a sweat after your last meal of the day (9pm)Brian
