janice garriganMemberOk, so fitting in a lot of carbs has me too full, too tired, too ick-feelingMy question really is can I just down sugar (ice cream, frozen yogurt, M&Ms) for my whole CN? I know that sounds ridiculous, but it's the only foods I really want to eat. I don't really like or crave starches. Are they necessary? Today I had starting from noon - now (5:30pm)quinoa/corn pasta with lowfat pestokettle cornchips/salsafrozen yogurt with peanut butter cups and m&msmore chips and salsasmall roasted red potato, spaghetti squash with cheese all over it, small amount of mashed potatoes. Two bites of saladhalf a pint (to be finished, I will try) of peanut butter chocolate ice creamI'm so FULLAfter the first carb feeding, I could totally be DONE with the CN. It's enough for me to have the carbs and the dessert, but Keifer makes it clear it's carb NIGHT not carb meal. I am not near my goal BF yet and have gotten really nice results so far with the diet, so it's not time for me to move to two per week but if they were SMALLER, just one meal each? Would that be ok?So, not two carb nights, but one broken into two different days? And if I did that should they be back to back or apart? I just feel so gross putting all this carb down in one day. thanks

GnomerParticipantperhaps doing two days a week and just having one large carb meal right before bed would work well for you

janice garriganMemberThat is what I'm thinking…but wondering if anyone else has any experience with this? I'm freaking STUFFED right now and somehow that does not feel right or good or helpful. I am a small female (5'3, 110, 20% BF) and it's just hard to fit in enough in six hours. I did, but it wasn't even fun after the first feeding. And because I go to bed early, I start right in the middle of the day (noon) and then my whole day I feel like shit and gross and tired and....if I could do the two before beds like you say, that would take care of all the above problems. I'm not too hip to start changing this, though, unless someone has done it or can talk to me about what it does/means and what to look for You guys are great. I could not do this without you
