Hi guysI have sort of a silly question 😛 For my next carb night I want to start eating carbs at noon, because it's a special karate training/grading at my club and we have a huge feast afterwards - I read in another thread that it's cool to start at noon if you stop again at 6 pm, but then my question is: Do you stop eating all together for the rest of the day or just go back to eating fat and protein? I probably won't be hungry that night, but you never know! 😉Peace x
