shaerowMemberHey, so is there a specific quantity of carbs people are supposed to reach on their Carb Nites, or should we just eat as much as we can w/o getting sick throughout a 6-7 hour time frame?

shaerowMemberBtw. Excluding carbs for days on has kind of made my gut intolerant to carbs, my body does not like ingesting rice or any carb of the sort anymore

Trevor G FullbrightModeratorPretty much, yeah.Don't make yourself sick, but just eat what you want for that timeline.

zewskiMemberEat as much as you WANT not as much as you CAN. Just eat carbs for at least 6 hours, how you actually do that is up to you. Also I doubt your body forgot what carbs were after days of ULC eating, I'd be more suspicious of something else you had (trace gluten, dairy,) that cause your stomach upset.

AdamFiddlerGuestEh, I just view it like training and power through the pain. In fact, I would say Carb Nites are by far the hardest part of my training. -Adam

It is not dairy free, however, I am by far not lactose intolerant... I also have lactase and other enzymes in my house if I truly feel I need help digesting food for glycogen needs

Day after Carb Nite for me. I hate it. Hunger, bloated, water retention, lethargy :pLove Carb Nite though.
