Carb Nite Food Poisoning

    Hey guys, Looking for some quick adivce.  Carb nite was last night and I got only partially through it before I got a little food poisoning (from sushi, I think).  Real quick run down:4pm - Rice krispie treats with protein shake (60g carbs, 50g protein)6pm - grilled chicken wrap with rice (bought at a small restaurant so not sure of carb count but it wasn't that big, maybe 60g carbs max and that is definitely being overly conservative)8pm - approximately 12 pieces of sushi, a little fried rice, and then that's when I vomited.  I had planned on getting the majority of my carbs at this meal and really starting the feeding now.Should I re-do carb night tonight?  I went the full 9 days ULC before this and my next carb night wouldn't be until next saturday so I'd still have 5 full ULC days in between tonight and then.  I'm leaning towards redoing it and making sure it's right this time.  I don't think it would really be a big deal.  But any advice is appreciated!Thanks,Tom

    If you did the prep already and plan to lift during the week you'll be fine to do 5 days but if this is your first run in with CNS I would do weekly.

    I know it's slightly off topic but you dont get food poisoning that fast.  It takes time for things to incubate and its usually more than vomiting.  I would be more inclined to blame something you ate early in the day.  But more likely, if you only vomited once and there are no other symptoms, you were just eating too much, too fast.  Give your food time to settle before shoveling more shit in.
