Hey guys, Looking for some quick adivce. Carb nite was last night and I got only partially through it before I got a little food poisoning (from sushi, I think). Real quick run down:4pm - Rice krispie treats with protein shake (60g carbs, 50g protein)6pm - grilled chicken wrap with rice (bought at a small restaurant so not sure of carb count but it wasn't that big, maybe 60g carbs max and that is definitely being overly conservative)8pm - approximately 12 pieces of sushi, a little fried rice, and then that's when I vomited. I had planned on getting the majority of my carbs at this meal and really starting the feeding now.Should I re-do carb night tonight? I went the full 9 days ULC before this and my next carb night wouldn't be until next saturday so I'd still have 5 full ULC days in between tonight and then. I'm leaning towards redoing it and making sure it's right this time. I don't think it would really be a big deal. But any advice is appreciated!Thanks,Tom
