ok there is this amazing buffet restaurant near us….they literally have a crazy array of bread, cereals, cake, ice-cream, candy, roast meats, chinese, curries, pizza, seafood, sushi, puddings beyong your wildest dreams 😉 and crepes, waffles, noodles, dimsum etc…… so having looked at all the things other people eat on CN this restaurant basically covers it all! but…..there is a 2 hr max seating only. My question is….do we go and enjoy…starting with cereal and working up to the icecreamfeastttt orrrrr stay at home and spread my food over the full 6hrs. Would it matter to eat it all in 'one go' ??thanks x

Go for it and add some more when you get home…I don't do buffets but I guess you can't sneak anything home lol. Maybe don't go so hog wild that you can't eat more. You should spread it out longer – go and eat what you can for an hour and go home and continue.

Go for it, but don't eat so much you can't eat anymore. Also, don't make yourself sick, I see people making themselves sick on carb nites a lot and I just don't see the point to it. At least not everytime, every now and again it's fine.

+1Buffets are great if you can honestly tolerate them. Like everyone here said, go for it and enjoy yourself. Just to the point to feeling good and satisfied not bloated or sick.

Oh – just avoid pasta. Italian restaurants are the only ones I really avoid while on these protocols.

I'll be hitting up the local Thai buffet tomorrow night for my main carb meal.  I usually hate Asian buffets (300 items!  A few of them almost taste like food!), but this place is a welcome exception.  They have a regular menu of about ten hot dishes, lots of stuff with coconut milk, some seriously good pad thai.  I can't wait.  ;D

I was on the Scope75 diet. LolIt was long periods of ULC with not many refeeds and I was on vacation and I knew it would hurt me to bad.
