Yeah, veggies aren't even needed, so I wouldn't worry.Honestly, you are gonna have a tough time with food and CNS, I pretty much only eat bacon, beef, and eggs when I'm running CNS, if I use veggies it's mostly spinach, but even that's rare.I wouldn't take the cheese out yet. Wait till you stall and need to change something, the more tweeks you are able to make, the better.Avoid tofu, which you don't seem to be eating so that's good.If you don't have an issue with fish oil, I'd highly recommend taking 5g epa/dha daily, that will help with both body comp and health.

What is it in tofu that would have an adverse effect?  I have some on hand and stayed away from it due to being unsure as far as processing.  Fish oil is something really easy I can implement.  I intake about 27g of carbs per day and 140-200 grams of fat.  Does this sound like on track or maybe a little over?  Also, I would be right at 30 carb grams if I add in the other four eggs a day that I used to eat.  Is this something I should risk by re-adding back in?Thanks!

Eating the same things seem to give better results.Keifer's "Detox Diet" is nothing but butter, coconut oil, beef, eggs, bacon, and fish oil.

Awesome! That was the perfect answer! I feel more in control when I am able to know everyday what I am eating and when I am eating it.  I could live on eggs, butter, coconut oil, cream, cheese, and asparagus.  If I can do that, every day until carb nite I will!  I appreciate the active help and am excited to continue to learn from everyone and through my own experiences.  It makes this so much more fun!

Add the eggs. The macro's look fine to me, just try to aim for your 1g protein per lb of bw as well, you will likely be getting a large chunk from PWO. Tofu has a protein that inhibits protein synthesis and it dis-regulates thyroid function.Soy is not a health food at all and should really never be eaten.

Good to know! I knew there was a reason I was to avoid tofu.  What about the almond milk, I have heard conflicting information.  My husband listens to Kiefers podcasts etc. and mentioned that there was something in it that spiked insulin levels. That is something that I haven't counted when keeping my food journal; the protein intake.  I track the carbs and fat, but need to look into my protein per egg, cheese, etc. so I make sure I am on point.  I figured eggs and cheese especially were pretty even on the fat to protein ratio.

Almond milk is fine, providing it's unsweetened. It's dairy milk that will spike insulin.

How the hairy heck are you getting 2000-3000 cals a day??  I'm eating a good bit of meat, bacon, etc and struggle to get anywhere near 2000.  I Also have a hard time getting protein:fat close….and I'm eating meat.  Curious to know how you are doing it.  Fellow female:)

eat more!I'm not a female, but if you eat the right stuff its not hard, I hit 3500+ cals a day easy....during ULC by eating meats all fried in bacon grease! Now if you're all Veggie thats not a possibility. Eat 2 beef patties and 3 eggs for a meal, all fried in bacon grease or butter, thats almost 1200 cals. and thats just one meal.........then again, cals shouldn't matter at all on either of these diets.

I just don't count it, as I calculate my bacon calories raw anyways, so that included the delicious juices it holds.I never weigh my food after it's cooked anyways, just makes it a hassle.
