Kiefer explains in shock-wave to have carbs immediately following workout on carb day even if early its okay but does this mean no more carbs until the evening then start carb-nite are consume until bed are stop at the six to eight hour window explained in book
If I understand you correctly, thats how you do it on CBL if you train early. Carb immediately pwo, then hold off on carbs until evening. Not sure if it works like that on carb nite though…Edit: sorry, but your post is kinda hard to understand. think i got it this time though 😛
