bjjcavemanParticipantI've been trying Carb Nite for the past 4 weeks and have been tracking my AM Fasting Blood Ketones, AM Fasting Blood Sugar, AM Weight, AM Basal Tempertaures daily and measuring my abdominal circumference weekly. I've posted the results on my blog http://bjjcaveman.com/2013/11/04/carb-nite-solution-results-4-weeks/.I was hoping you guys would give me some feedback and let me know if my results are in line with what you guys are finding. Thanks in advance.

TCBParticipantNice. I like how you did that. The only thing I would've included, if I were you, was a weekly picture the morning of my CN.But.. I'd say, keep on the same pattern with it and don't change much as long as you continue to progress. (and I consider 1+ inches around the belly button good damn progress)Good job!

beellyParticipantThat's a nice blog. You should put that website under your signature in your forum profile so it stays with you on every response and doesn't get lost after a bunch of replies.

Thanks for the suggestion of the picture. You're right I probably should've done a weekly morning picture. Will try to do this next month.
