Hi guys!I have a question about supplements on carb nite. Is it OK to spike insuline post workout on ULC days with whey and leucine? Also, does it makes sense to also take creatine on carb nite, although you are in apsence of carbs?What is your opinion and how do you take your supplements on carb nite?
Yes the point is to spike insulin PWO to prevent catabolic properties from that workout. You can take creatine anytime. With a PWO shake sans carbs, with carbs, during the day, or during a CN. It's okay.
