I've read both books and I'm planning on making the transition from Carb Nite to Carb Back-Loading. In doing so I've come across a couple questions but cannot find the answers to:1) Can I simply switch to Carb Back-Loading or should I should for the "carb fasting" week from my last Carb Nite?2) Is there a certain amount of macro's I should be shooting for per day? Certain gram of protein? Fats? Carbs at night?3) Any great advice for a rookie to Carb Back-Loading?Thank you all in advance!

The forums have talked about this plenty. And Facebook.1) Use the next evening as a backload.2) Yes the book has a basic over view and the forums talk about it plenty.3) Search the forums. Stick to the basics. Listen to your body.

Is there any advise on the daily amount of macros per day? I've seen the back-loading charts, but wasn't sure if there's a total macros you should shoot for daily as in CNS.

Macros are usually set depending on your goals and training. Just make sure you keep grams of protein at .8-1.3 to your body weight and base your fats and carbs on your goals and how your body responds. Lift heavy and pay attention to your body is the best advice you can get! Good luck!
