Here's a quick question my fellow carb back loaders, on the 10 day prep phase do u limit the carbs for the morning to exactly no carbs whatsoever or just to 30 grams a meal?
Hi fellas,Quick Question about the prep phase, for 10 days i understand we have a 30g limit per day, which i more or less stick to anyway, i usually fast till about midday (12hour fast) could i get away with having low carb breakkie? or should i avoid in it altogether...even in the prep phase?
