RadParticipantI need a little insight to some CBL questions I have please. I bought and read the book about 2 weeks ago. I have been in competetive powerlifting for over 10 years. So I have gained and lost weight for many years. I currently sit around 215 amd wat to be closer to the 200 to 205 range. Im around low teens body fat mostly around my stomach area not so much on the love handeld. If I can hit the low 200s I will be in good shape for summer and all that. My questions are, in the past the only wy for me EVER to get to the lower 200s I would have to do the trusted zero carb diet Im sure very similar to the carb nite diet. With that diet you get in the low carb haze and look flat but I eventually get to the low 200s with diet and lots of cardio. My lifting will go in the crapper but Ill get the fat off.I am now on about day 10 of the prep no carb phase and trying to decide to try the CBL thing or just roll into the zero carb diet that I have done in the past. I am carb sensitve and carbs have always kept me frm being lean. I eat carbs I gain weight and stay soft.Does anyone have any similar experiance insight or any advice on the CBL in regards to my situation. Thanks Sorry for poor spelling format is not letting me correct words. Thanks Bama

you might want to re-assess your goals; if you are looking to lose BF while preserving muscle you may want to do carb nite for a few weeks and transition to CBL - SAi can understand a bit of what you are saying. you may want to cut out dairy and also go Gluten-freeare you doing cardio before/after resistance training? i would suggest you do them separably, as the cardio could interfere with the GH response. Also, Kiefer has recommended sprinting... and i would stick with that. I personally do NO cardio at ALL, and i dropped a ton of BF while maintain size on Carb-nite. Then i switched to density bulk and i'm same level of body fat, but noticeable increase in muscle.Good Luck!
